Personal data is collected and used only to provide the agreed services and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Clients have the right to access the information I hold and to request that any details are corrected or deleted.
 

The information collected may include contact details and relevant background information from parents, carers, and schools. Assessment reports are stored securely in electronic format on a password-protected device. Assessment record forms are securely destroyed once the final report has been issued. Reports will not be shared with any third party without parental consent.
